Turnaround Times
Turnaround time is approximately 3-10 business days, depending upon the size of your order. Larger orders may require more time. Turnaround time begins when I receive your stationery and recipients' mailing information, and when details are finalized.
FAQs
What information do you require to begin my order?
I will need a file containing your mailing information and that of your customers or guests, along with the messages you’d like to include on your cards. You may email the information to info@sincerelyhandwritten.com in whichever document format you’re most comfortable with (e.g., Word, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
Can you help me come up with wording for my thank you notes?
Definitely! I offer a “personalization service” add-on for thank you cards. When you place an order, I’ll provide a simple form where you can share the details you’d like included. From there, I’ll craft the perfect wording to match your message and tone.
How do I get my stationery to you?
There are a few ways to get your stationery to me. You can mail it directly to my address. You can have it shipped to me from the retailer if you’re ordering from a third party site like Vistaprint, Etsy, Amazon (or from your favorite custom stationer!). Or, if you’re local, I can arrange a pickup.
How much stationery should I send or order for you?
I recommend providing about 10% extra to account for any unexpected errors. This helps ensure everything turns out just right! Thanks so much!
What if my notes contain more than 55 words?
Not a problem at all! I am more than happy to create notes for you that contain more than 55 words. Do be aware that materials containing a higher word count require more time and an added cost. Please reach out for a custom quote.
Where will the notes be mailed from?
I will personally hand deliver your completed thank you notes to my local post office in Atascadero. However, if you would like to mail them from your location instead, I’d be glad to send them to you! You would simply need to cover the shipping cost.
What style of writing do you offer? Do you do calligraphy?
While I don't offer calligraphy, my writing is attractive and genuine—helping brides, business owners, and anyone else who wants to send a thank you note a way to convey their appreciation in a warm and sincere way. You may choose between several handwriting styles, including casual print, flourish print, cursive, or all caps.
May I include a photo or business card with my invitation or thank you card?
Certainly! You're welcome to add a photo or business card to your order, and I'll be delighted to include them with your invitation or thank you card.

Hello! I'm Rosanne Bergman, owner of Sincerely Handwritten. I live on the Central Coast with my husband, two wonderful sons, and our lovable Goldendoodle. I've always had a passion for handwriting. I absolutely loved writing letters to friends, cousins, and pen pals as a kid, and in high school, I frequently took the time to rewrite my hastily-written class notes, in an attempt to make them look pretty in my spiral notebooks (who does that?).
These days, I’ve turned my passion for handwriting into a way to help others make meaningful connections—whether it’s small business owners showing appreciation to loyal clients or brides adding a personal touch to their thank you cards.
